Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
What we collect
- Accounts: when you create an account, we store your email address and sign-in method (email/password or Google).
- Payments: subscriptions are billed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your subscription status so we know what you can watch.
- Videos you upload: networking video submissions are stored privately and reviewed by TNUAC staff before any public appearance.
- Casting applications: application details, photos and videos you submit are stored privately and shared only with TNUAC staff.
- Your list: shows and episodes you save, and what you have watched, are stored so we can show your list and new-episode badges.
How we use it
We use this information to run the network: showing you content, managing your subscription ($2.50/month premium and $11.49/month networking access are separate), reviewing submissions, and notifying the TNUAC team about casting applications. We email you only about your account, billing or submissions.
Who we share with
Trusted service providers only: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and storage (Lovable Cloud), email delivery, and text-message delivery for casting alerts. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
TNUAC is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
- Cancel a subscription anytime in My Account; access continues through the period you paid for.
- Ask us to delete your account, videos or casting submissions by emailing Thenextupanscoming@gmail.com.
